OUR ASSOCIATION
A shared sense of home.
Appolonia City Homeowners Association brings a community perspective to the city and the enclaves within it.
Our purpose
Our starting point is simple: the people who live here. We aim to bring homeowners together, encourage neighbourly connection and nurture a shared sense of belonging across Appolonia City.
This website introduces the association and brings the available enclave plans into one place, so homeowners can explore the neighbourhoods that form our community.
Community connection
Encouraging a welcoming relationship between homeowners and their neighbours.
Shared understanding
Helping homeowners become familiar with the city’s enclaves and the layout of their neighbourhood.
Neighbourhood care
Promoting a thoughtful approach to the places we share and call home.
